Competition entry for MICROHOME 2020.

Saku House aims at reducing the abismal difference between city and rural populations. By offering a modular, off-grid, easy to build, sustainable living solution, urban residents will leave behind the noisy and stressful cities and welcome the serenity and nature of the countryside. It is easy to understand that probably, a life in nature will encourage these families to grow, so this modular system could also be used to build larger volumes or expand existing ones. Saku House offers a hopeful alternative for these vanishing towns who are on the verge of disappearance, bringing newcomers to develop new generations of future rural living.
